Founded in 1978 by Osvaldo Bisquertt. Viña Bisquertt is a family winery in the Colchagua Valley, one of the most renowned winemaking valleys in Chile. Their vineyards are located in the Marchihue zone, at the foot of the Coastal Mountains, and a short distance from the Pacific Ocean, both of which lend freshness and acidity to their wines.

Bouchon's family has been making wines for more than 130 years and four generations at their own estates located at the coastal dry lands of the Maule Valley, Chile. Bouchon´s vineyards are planted over a very old granitic soil, with high amount of minerals such as quartz, and include centenary dry farmed vines, producing as a result differentiated and terroir-driven wines. The winery sits at the heart of Bouchon on the Mingre estate, a plain but dignified structure with adobe walls and clay floors built in the early 1900s which houses the barrels, the micro-vinification room and the wine cellar.

Las Mercedes belongs to the 4th generation of the Bouchon`s family in Chile. It was born out of a desire to capture a little bit of who they are in each bottle of wine that carries our label. The philosophy behind Las Mercedes is to dare to make wines with absolute freedom to create the kind of wine we would like to drink ourselves to share with our friends and eventually with the rest of the world.
